Karuna is the Sanskrit word meaning Actional Compassion.

You may not have anticipated being a caregiver but here you are.

How can you get ahead of the issues that may arise?

How do you even approach the necessary conversations with your parent(s)?

How can you ensure your mom and/or dad are safe, financially stable, content and living with dignity?

How do you manage in this sandwich generation where you are caring for your own family, yourself and a parent?

My mission is to empower caregivers by coaching them through the different stages of caregiving so that they can navigate complex health systems, strengthen relationships, set boundaries and manage the emotional journey of caregiving. Creating a more sustainable and fulfilling caregiving experience is possible!

How does it work?

We'll start with an Initial Connection.

  • Free 20-minute chat for us to learn about one another, for you to better understand my services and determine if it is a right fit.

We'll then do an Initial Assessment.

  • This will give me a good understanding of your current caregiving situation, your challenges and
    goals through a detailed evaluation.

From there, we'll focus on Your Needs.

  • We will determine the right cadence of coaching sessions where I will be there to listen, guide
and support you towards building goals and action plans based on your stage of caregiving that
move you towards the vision you have for yourself and your family.

And throughout, we'll have Periodic Reviews.

  • We will schedule regular check-ins to review, celebrate successes and adjust plans as needed
based on evolving needs and circumstances.

Services are offered virtually to accommodate a caregiver’s busy lifestyle.
